Bike-borne miscreants kill 22-yr-old man after robbing him of Rs 60,000

Muzaffarnagar: A 22-year-aged guy was shot lifeless by two unknown miscreants who also looted Rs 60,000 from him below in Shamli district of Uttar Pradesh, law enforcement explained on Tuesday.

The incident took place on Monday when Deepak (22), together with his father Ram Kumar, was returning property immediately after withdrawing cash from a lender, they added.

The armed miscreants, who came on a motorbike, intercepted the victim and his father in the vicinity of Inderghar village less than the Thana Bhawan law enforcement station limits, Station Home Officer (SHO) Sandeep Baltan reported, including that they looted Rs 60,000 from the father-son duo and when Deepak attempted to resist their go, they shot him useless.

A scenario had been registered in relationship with the incident, the SHO explained, adding that attempts were on to identify the culprits on the basis of the CCTV footage gathered from the region.
